In my role as a neutral advisor, I cooperate with school teachers, as well as extracurricular partners such as parents, carers, transitional mentors and other extracurricular institutions. The formation and maintenance of social networks supports solution-oriented advice and mediation in further offers of help, if this is necessary.

At the Hedwigschule it is my job to accompany all students as far as possible on their way to work or other tailor-made transitions. As StuBo (study and career choice coordinator) I initiate, coordinate and support the processes of career choice orientation at the school. I maintain regular contact with the employment agency, the counseling center for youth careers support as part of the program "Promotion of training maturity", the vocational colleges, the chambers and other network partners. Participation in working groups and cooperation within the framework of KAoA and KAoA STAR are also part of my professional focus.
